Bach Pharma, Inc. has a diverse and expanding intellectual property portfolio. In the US market, Bach currently holds four (4) issued patents relating to its work with GVT ® and other related compounds, with five (5) additional patents pending. Bach continuously strives to add new assets to its portfolio in the US market with submissions of applications for new, provisional, continuation and divisional patents. Bach has also entered into the international market with patent applications filed in numerous countries as well as in the European Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT).
